Internal quality traceability
The internal quality traceability can trace the manufacturing batch number, supplier, processing steps, defect rate and other information. After the finished products are processed, the products are marked with secondary laser to identify the unique batch number, tamper proof and permanent two-dimensional code. Then, the products are entered into the database system according to the visual identification system, and combined with the external traceability system.
